Everlaw introduces the EverlawAI Assistant, a GenAI-powered tool designed to enhance efficiency in legal discovery and investigations.

Everlaw has announced the general availability and pricing of its GenAI-powered EverlawAI Assistant, following a year-long beta program involving 125 companies and 2,900 users. This tool aims to significantly reduce the time and effort legal teams spend on discovery work, helping them find key documents faster, gain deeper insights, and craft stronger legal arguments.

The EverlawAI Assistant offers three core features: Coding Suggestions to prioritize and classify documents more effectively, Review Assistant to generate comprehensive summaries and extractions from documents, and Writing Assistant to help draft and refine legal arguments based on key evidence. Real-world tests showed that the tool outperformed human reviewers by 36% in document recall accuracy.

The tool has already made an impact in high-profile cases, such as the Maui fire litigation, where it was used to analyze 911 calls and create deposition summaries.

Everlaw is also extending access to EverlawAI Assistant to participants in its Everlaw for Good program, which supports non-profit organizations and pro bono practices, ensuring that the GenAI revolution contributes to closing the justice gap.
