kama.ai latest GenAI tools blend human oversight with AI to enhance enterprise knowledge accuracy and efficiency. kama.ai has launched Release 4 of its Designed Experiential Intelligence platform, introducing Hybrid AI Agents powered by GenAI’s Sober Second Mind. These agents combine deterministic Knowledge Graph AI with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to deliver accurate, context-aware responses. The integration ensures that AI outputs are both creative and grounded in verified enterprise data.
The Sober Second Mind framework includes the kamaChat API, which provides reliable data. As well as curated enterprise knowledge and alerts the Hybrid AI Agent when no pre-approved information exists. In such cases, generative responses are produced in real-time. This is governed by RAG guardrails. A secondary Feedback API allows enterprises to collect, validate, and integrate these responses into their trusted knowledge base. Enhancing future interactions.
To support these capabilities, kama.ai introduces the Knowledge Administrator toolset. This suite enables human knowledge administrators to manage RAG with unstructured data, integrating with repositories like SharePoint, M-Files, and S3 Buckets. Furthermore, Organizations can curate specific document collections for use with generative drafting capabilities, ensuring responses remain accurate and grounded in enterprise-approved information.
By combining human oversight with advanced AI, kama.ai’s Hybrid AI Agents aim to reduce AI hallucinations and maintain brand integrity. This approach is particularly beneficial for industries requiring high accuracy and compliance, such as finance, education, and healthcare.
