Bryter’s GenAI Agents streamline specific legal tasks, enhancing efficiency and accuracy for law firms and legal departments.
Bryter, initially a no-code company, has introduced AI Agents, a suite of GenAI-powered tools designed to handle specific legal workflows. Using proprietary, pre-trained AI, these agents assist with tasks like speeding up contract reviews and drafting email replies to recurring requests in MS Outlook or Gmail.
CEO Michael Grupp highlighted that these AI Agents are pre-set to operate within a particular context, allowing quick deployment. Each agent has its own content and guidelines, enabling it to perform a single task efficiently. For example, Bryter’s AI Agents helped Bertelsmann streamline HR information access, ensuring transparency, user-friendliness, and high-quality responses.
The GenAI Agents address challenges such as providing accurate, context-aware information while minimizing errors and hallucinations. By integrating links to source documents, the agents maintain transparency, allowing users to verify information easily. This reduces the burden on legal professionals and empowers HR partners to access internal data round-the-clock in multiple languages.
Following successful tests with companies like Bertelsmann and Penguin Random House, Bryter is now releasing the AI Agents for general use, offering a free trial version. Grupp emphasized that while GenAI enhances capabilities, no-code solutions remain relevant, complementing GenAI by providing accurate, predictable results through rules-based systems.
