The AI-powered assistant, deployed on Microsoft Teams, provides real-time access to product knowledge across 9,000 SKUs, reducing response times and improving accuracy.

Sales teams can instantly retrieve product details, minimizing order errors and reducing training time for new hires. The AI assistant also simplifies post-merger integrations by quickly consolidating product knowledge from newly acquired brands, ensuring a seamless transition. Nearly 300 employees across sales, marketing, and engineering actively use the GenAI-powered system. The platform improves decision-making by consolidating insights from ERP systems, enhancing operational efficiency.
