Amazon GenAI-powered tools are making it faster and easier for sellers to create high-quality product listings and grow their business.
Amazon has expanded its use of GenAI with the rollout of Enhance My Listing, a new feature for third-party sellers. Built on the Amazon Bedrock platform, this tool suggests optimized titles, attributes, and descriptions. Sellers can accept, edit, or decline these AI-generated recommendations with a single click.
The new tool eliminates the need for manual research by auto-filling missing listing details. It is already in use by selected U.S. sellers, with broader access planned soon. Amazon says 90% of AI-generated content is accepted with little or no change. Sellers have also seen a 40% boost in listing quality.
Alongside this, Amazon is beta testing Project Amelia, a GenAI-based seller assistant. This tool provides real-time answers, tailored advice, and business insights. It aims to help sellers manage inventory, improve revenue, and resolve issues faster. In the future, Amelia will be able to take actions using agentic AI capabilities.
Amazon says these tools show how GenAI is transforming seller operations at scale. More than 900,000 selling partners have used GenAI tools so far. By improving automation, content quality, and decision support, Amazon is helping sellers succeed in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
