Perficient, Inc., a global digital consultancy, has announced the worldwide launch of Scarlett, an AI-powered chatbot designed to enhance productivity and improve the overall employee experience. Originally introduced in Latin America and the U.S., Scarlett is now available to nearly 7,000 Perficient employees globally.
Scarlett is a personal intelligent agent that helps employees by answering questions, connecting them with internal resources, providing translation services, and sending reminders. Developed under Perficient’s AI policy and guided by its AI Steering Committee, Scarlett is built to boost productivity while mitigating risks related to security, privacy, and compliance.

Scarlett uses a combination of generative AI, business logic, and models from Microsoft Azure and OpenAI to provide balanced and transparent communication. This launch marks the latest in Perficient’s series of generative AI initiatives, including the development of 18 use cases this year alone.
