The new framework allows marketing teams to explore customer data and activate campaigns using intuitive chat interfaces. This innovation speeds up campaign ideation, content creation, and activation, drastically reducing the time required to generate personalized marketing from months to mere seconds.
One of the core challenges addressed by the AI Framework is the complexity and time investment in data exploration and audience segmentation. Traditionally, marketing teams have faced slow, manual processes when analyzing customer data. With the Marketing Copilot, a persona-based AI assistant, users can instantly assemble and refine customer segments. As well as brainstorm campaign strategies, and generate step-by-step action plans. By chatting directly with the CDP, marketers receive real-time insights and recommendations, improving both speed and accuracy.
AI Email Studio further enhances the framework by offering 1:1 email content generation based on real-time customer behaviors. This generative AI tool automatically personalizes email content, making it easier for marketers to create highly targeted campaigns without having to manually craft each message. By leveraging GenAI, the entire process—from planning to execution—is streamlined, ensuring faster delivery of personalized content.
